Features
- The switchgear cabinet is made of cold-formed steel. All the components are produced by our company with modular design and general use.
- To improve heat dissipation, the cabinet has ventilation holes at the top and bottom. When the interior electric components are working, the heat will be discharged through the top holes while the cool wind will be blown into the cabinet through the bottom holes, forming a ventilation circuit for the cabinet.
- The cabinet is delicately designed and manufactured according to the golden ratio.
- The panel consisting of electrical components is connected to the cabinet frame with soft copper wires. Other interior components are installed and connected to the frame with knurled washers. The cabinet has a complete earthing system.
- The outer surface of the cabinet is painted with polyester orange-peel baking paint or treated with powder coating. The treated cabinet surface turns out to be matte, creating a visually friendly working environment for operators.
- The cabinet’s top cover can be removed for the busbar installation and adjustment. The cover also has a ring at each corner for the convenience of cabinet hoisting and transport.
- The cabinet reaches IP30 rating. IP20-40 is also available for customers according to the working environment.
